Perancangan Sistem Instrumentasi Pada Mesin Pengisi Botol Minuman Berbasis Outseal PLC

Home industry minuman dalam kemasan saat ini membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam prosesnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sistem instrumentasi untuk membantu user mempermudah pekerjaan dalam mengisi botol minuman secara otomatis. Metode dalam penelitian ini mengkombinasikan pendekatan R&D dan metode deskriptif. Hardware yang digunakan yaitu sensor infrared FC-51, sensor Ultrasonik US-016, limit switch, motor DC dan pompa air. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing sensor dan aktuator memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Sensor ultrasonik memiliki sensitivitas sebesar 4,1939 centimeter dengan nilai error sebesar 0,91%, sensor IR dapat mendeteksi botol dengan nilai error sebesar 0,6%, limit switch memiliki status normally close ketika mendapat sentuhan tekanan dengan tegangan output sebesar 4,94 Volt, motor konveyor menghasilkan torsi sebesar 6,49 kgcm pada saat mendapatkan beban, motor pada magazine menghasilkan torsi sebesar 6,68 kgcm pada saat mendapatkan beban, sementara pompa air dapat memindahkan volume air dari dalam tangki ke dalam botol sesuai volume yang telah diatur dengan nilai keakurasian sebesar 99,84%. Dan pneumatik yang bergerak naik-turun dengan tekanan angin yang dianggap ideal sebesar 1 kgf/cm².

 

The bottled beverage home industry needs a system that can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. This study focuses on designing an instrumentation system to help users simplify their work in filling beverage bottles automatically. The method in this research combines the R&D approach and the descriptive method. The hardware used is an infrared sensor FC-51, an Ultrasonic sensor US-016, a limit switch, a DC motor and a water pump. The test results show that each sensor and actuator have different characteristics. The ultrasonic sensor has a sensitivity of 4.1939 centimeters with an error value of 0.91%, the IR sensor can detect bottles with an error value of 0.6%, the limit switch has a normally closed status when it gets a touch of pressure with an output voltage of 4.94 volts. , the conveyor motor produces a torque of 6.49 kgcm when getting a load, the motor on the magazine produces a torque of 6.68 kgcm when getting a load, while the water pump can move the volume of water from the tank into the bottle according to the volume that has been set with the value accuracy of 99.84%. Pneumatic moving up and down with an ideal wind pressure of 1 kgf / cm².
